What the Role Involves

As a facility technician with our client, you will be responsible for:

• Operation, supervision, and maintenance of technical property systems such as heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and plumbing
• Corrective maintenance and optimization of the properties' operations
• Rounds, troubleshooting, and reporting through digital systems
• Ongoing contact with customers, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring that deliveries are made with high quality and good service

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a facility technician or similar in property management
• Technical education in plumbing, electricity, operations, or property technology
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Driving license B
• Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
• Good service sense and professionalism in customer contact

Meritorious

• Experience in control and regulation technology
• Certificates such as refrigeration certificate, electrical authorization, or OVK
• Experience from commercial properties in the Stockholm area
